2018 Service Award Winner, Scott Miller - Scott Miller is in his 17th season as a member of the Husker Track and Field Officials Association, primarily working with the long and triple jumps. He has previously officiated for several years at youth, high school and college meets across Nebraska and the Midwest. In addition, Scott has officiated at USATF, NCAA, Junior Olympic and Masters National Championship meets. Scott is currently in his 21st year as a teacher and a coach on the football and track staffs at Grand Island Senior High school. Scott, his wife Deb, along with his daughter, Keri, and son, Kurt, all participated as athletes in the sport and all have a great love for track and field.
