After the Stono Rebellion South Carolina authorities moved to reduce provocations for rebellion. Slave Masters, for example, were penalized for imposing excessive work or brutal punishments of slaves and a school was started so that slaves could learn Christian doctrine. In a colony that already had more Blacks than Whites, the Assembly also imposed a prohibitive duty on the importation of new slaves from Africa and the West Indies. Authorities also tightened control over the enslaved. The Assembly enacted a new law requiring a ratio of one white for every ten blacks on any plantation and passed the Negro Act of 1740 which prohibited enslaved people from growing their own food, assembling in groups, earning money they, rather than their owners, could retain or learning to read.

Growing up I routinely watched Walter Cronkite's daily broadcast on the CBS Evening News. There I saw Black people, including women and children, being beaten, bitten by police dogs, shot at, and bombed in churches. I asked my mother, "Mom, what did they do?" She replied, "Trip, they're marching for their civil rights."

Like most children, I was raised to know right from wrong, good from evil, the truth versus a lie. After the 16th Street bombing, when I returned to school, I never, again, NEVER recited the Plege of Allegiance ever again.

After watching Cronkite's broadcast report of the 16th Street bombing where children "my age" were blown to bits, I promptly wrote the poem above as I prepared as one of a handful of Black students to attend a previously all White elementary school in 1963.

I was nine years of age.

Good, religious, and "privileged" White folks in Florida do NOT want Black people to forget the "benefits" of slavery, and being lynched at the whim of the slave owner.

In Florida, at least three-hundred-and-nineteen-(319) Black people who were "physically and/or mentally unable or unwilling" to perform whatever "benefit" was bestowed upon them by the slave master were LYNCHED; while those who were not lynched, at the whim of the slave owner, were flogged, beaten, maimed, raped, castrated, tarred and feathered, shot or became the recipient of other atrocities - as a "benefit" to being enslaved. Conversely, notably absent (below) from the FLORIDA ACADEMIC STANDARDS (FAS)-6-4 SS.68.AA.2.3 is curriculum detailing the atrocities enacted upon slaves who were "physically and/or mentally unable or unwilling" to perform whatever "benefit" was bestowed upon them by the slave master. As I've proposed below, the consequences of "failure to perform" are included in FAS SS.68.AA.2.3.

 
 
Why haven't equally "religious" Black attorneys
pursued litigation to force such an update to the FAS?

That right, "you people" can't even get "together" to form an extremely large delegation of over one-(1) million unarmed religious leaders and their followers to enter Ukraine by land, by sea, and by air to begin a cross-country march inward across the entire nation of Ukraine. This unarmed religious delegation will not function as a blockade, but will confine their actions to providing humanitarian relief and medical care - period. They will exist as sitting targets to be eliminated at the discretion of Vladimir Putin. "You people" are too (chicken-shit) pathetic to practice the "non-violence" you preach!


Don't play the "race card."

Don't play the "sex card."

Don't "point fingers" to blame one religious organization over another.

As represented by the racial, ethnic, and sexual "diversity" of the so-called "religious leaders" above, they share equally in their perpetual FAILURE to practice the egalitarian principles they preach!

 
 
. . . unless, of course, it's "God will" for our true and most sacred religion to crush all infidels.
 
What about Israel vs. Hamas?
One group of religious zealots (Islamic Nationalists) kills another group of religious zealots (Jews) who violently respond with equal "zeal" for rampant murder and destruction and so it goes on and on and on and on and back and forth and back and forth and back and forth and . . .
 
Given the Jewish outrage about "their" Holocaust, one might think (and you'd be wrong to do so) that Jewish people would be outraged about the thousands of innocent Palestinian men, women, and children - with absolutely no involvement with Hamas - who've been killed and are intentionally being killed by Israel.

Absolutely nothing has changed the perpetual hypocrisy and contempt that "elite," politically powerful and affluent White people and all of their religious organizations have against practicing the egalitarian principles they preach, and such hypocrisy is especially true of White men and the religious organizations they own and control: Jews, Christians, Muslims, Mormons, etc.
As validated by the iconic "Jewish" reporter Mike Wallace, from CBS-TV's 60 Minutes, Jewish owned-and-controlled media have absolutely no problem pointing fingers at Black and African people. The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan correctly directed Wallace where to point his racist fingers.

An honest, objective truth, fact-based response to "elite," politically powerful, religious (Jews, Christians, Muslims, etc.), and affluent White owned, White controlled nations when asked, "Why are so many African Nations debt-stricken and corrupt?"

 Among other acts, "elite," politically powerful, religious, and affluent White people used their Doctrine of Discovery to declare and document throughout history that only non-Christian lands could be colonized, oppressed, and exploited through atrocities ranging from racism to genocide.
   

Exodus 20:13
"Thou shalt not kill"
is perpetually ignored by Israel and every other religious organization.
