Seriously. No joke.

Again, our Presidency is NOT is support of socialism, but solely to ensure "fair access and competition," which has never existed in this nation where crony capitalism exclusively supports the favored few. This is not an opinion, but objectively validated by both private and public research institutions (above).

QUESTION: After securing freedom from the authoritarian and/or dictatorship rule of Great Britain, supposedly in pursuit of an egalitarian society, why are there "perpetually" still so MANY, MANY, MANY POOR PEOPLE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA?

Between 1978 and 2019 CEO compensation has grown 940% while typical worker compensation has risen by only 12% during this same time, which is often perceived as obscene by many members of the "rank and file." Again, this Presidency does not endorse socialism; we do support a distribution of wealth that reduces or eliminates the greater likelihood of "financial hardships," which are historically targeted at the Bottom 50%, especially inflation, cost of health care, college education, and home ownership.

Our plan? Simply put, to use the novelty of our being biological cousins, our family history (his father and my grandfather were both brothers and ministers, and our robust knowledge as descendant of slaves from the R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Plantation); and most importantly, our business acumen to bring media attention and solutions to the perpetual challenges faced by working-class people, Black people and other people of color, women, and the poor.

Of course, we had absolutely no hope of actually being elected, because: (1) "elite," politically powerful, and affluent White people, specifically and overwhelmingly White men - NOT White men, because as reported by CareerBuilder.com, early 80% of U.S. workers live paycheck-to-paycheck; and (2) the racist dualities of overtly skewed left-leaning and overtly skewed far-right leaning media would never allow such. A.L. and I mutually agreed the overwhelming majority of people don't read or are too lazy to read, and that many of the elite and pseudo-elite will only cherry-pick whatever we write or strategically and maliciously siphon data out of context, nevertheless, we created the following detailed political platform (with updates as noted).

Hello, Citizens of the United States and Citizens of the World:  

Yes, it’s extremely important to know why we’ve decided to run for the Presidency of the United States.  But frankly, who we are is significantly less important than our message as represented by our political platform.  After you’ve read and digested our platform, please offer your feedback.  Let’s get down to business.

When elected to the Presidency of the United States of America we will specifically seek to accomplish the following objectives:  

A. Problem: Inequitable Legislative Representation
The US Congress does not equitably represent the demographics, the "republic" of the United States of America, because it is primarily composed of "elite," politically powerful and affluent White males, many of whom are attorneys, many of whom are filthy rich.  

Solution:

1. Establish a democratic republic, by requiring the Congress of the United States of America to be configured and governed in compliance with racial, sexual, and economic demographics as reported by the U.S. Census, that represent all states and municipalities.  

a. As validated by the 2000 U.S. Census, the US population is approximately 50.9% female and 49.1% male.  Accordingly, the U.S. House and Senate must be configured accordingly; and as with jury selection, membership can be randomly selected from a database of registered, active voters.  

b. As validated by the 2000 U.S. Census, the US population is approximately 75.1% White, 12.5% Hispanic, 12.3% Black, 3.6% Asian, 0.9% Native American, etc.  Accordingly, the U.S. House and Senate must be configured accordingly; and as with jury selection, membership can be randomly selected from a database of registered, active voters.

c. As defined below in "K. Problem: Presidential Election, #11., a., b., the impact of lobbyists, crony-capitalists, and "elite," politically powerful and affluent White males" on the electoral process and their access to elected officials will be defined to mirror the racial, sexual, and economic demographics of citizens of the United States of America.

 

B. Problem: Congressional Elitism
Members of the US Congress receive retirement benefits and other forms of direct and indirect compensation that most of the people they work for, "citizens of the United States," do not receive – including over 35 million citizens who do not have any kind of health care. This elitist pseudo-country-club does not represent the demographics of the United States, because it has always been and remains primarily composed of "elite," politically powerful and affluent White males, many of whom are attorneys, many of whom are filthy rich.  

Solution:

2. To submit legislation that will require the Congress of the United States of America to be configured and governed in compliance with benchmark employment practices and employment law that bind all employer practices throughout the United States.  

a. Congress will no longer operate in contradiction to the capitalist spirit of this country by unilaterally affording its membership of elected employees to receive better coverage and greater access to health care benefits than their employer (the Citizens of the United States of America).  Accordingly, both the cost and availability of health care and retirement benefits will be prorated based on the tenure and the selected benefits (see "C. Problem: Health Care, #3, a., b., and c., below).  

b. Consistent with prevailing employment practices, that election to Congress shall be deemed “at will” and that any member of Congress can be removed immediately by their respective State elective body - with or without reason, with or without notice, with or without cause.

 

C. Problem: Health Care
Over 35 million citizens of the United States of America - the richest country in the world - do not have any kind of health care.   The delivery of health care in the US is nothing more than a cast system of the “haves” versus the “have nots.” This on-going atrocity to U.S. citizens is magnified by the fact that the national average cost of health care is nearly 40% of payroll.  Plus, despite the fact the cost of health care continues to increase at a pace greater than five-times the rate of consumer inflation, the overall health of the nation continues to deteriorate which is all the more evident by the fact that one-fifth of all citizens are clinically obese, and four of five adults are morbidly overweight.  Employers administer employee compensation in return for work performed, but employers do not administer employee benefits in return for health maintained – and employees know they will continue to receive health care even though they are under absolutely no obligation to help their employer contain or reduce health benefit costs.  

Solution:

3. To submit legislation, as approved by Congress, that will establish an equitable and commercially competitive Health Care Delivery System:

a. Unlike traditional indemnity plans, HMOs, PPOs, EPOs, IPOs, Medicare, or even the Affordable Health Care Act (Obamacare), a competitive Health Care Delivery System must:

i. reduce both employer and employee health care costs by 25% within twelve months of implementation, and produce another 25% reduction within the next 18 months or less;

ii. continue to produce on-going savings - and with absolutely no reduction in the quantity of care or quality of health benefit services;

iii. most importantly, dramatically improve the health of all plan participants; and

iv. captures and indexes health benefit savings to various financial instruments.

b. Any organization with fifty-(50) or more employees and an aggregate revenue exceeding $50,000 from federal contracts (including all recipients of payments from MediCare and MediCaid) during a twelve month period must have a Health Care Delivery System (HCDS), that:  

i. Re-orients plan carriers from their cost intensive paradigms to adopt employer defined health care models that, as with benchmark insurance plans, seeks to reduce its operating expenses by motivating its insured to become the best risk possible;  

ii. Develops, targets and implements health education and maintenance initiatives at the 20% of employees who have or who are likely to generate 80% of the health claim expenses;  

iii. Strategically and voluntarily provides each participant (active employees and retirees) with an incentive to evolve the status of their health through a Health Care Delivery System that at its lowest level provides a basic level of insurance consistent with usual and customary market benchmarks [translation: no one will be denied access to and receipt of the existing health care delivery system], but at its highest level targets major improvements in individual health and a corresponding reduction in health care expense.  

c. Establish Health Care Delivery System Objectives, and target the achievement of improved health and reduced health care expenditures for each participant, for each plan year.  

i. Redefine the existing health care business model from plans that are primarily designed to motivate users to improve their health after a benefit (claim) expense, to a plan where the objective (requirement) of health care providers (i.e., PacifiCare, Cigna, Kaiser, etc.) is to develop new revenue streams anchored to health improvement instead of claims experience.  

ii. No user will be penalized, for whatever reason, because their health may not be a good as others.  All users will have an opportunity to pursue a personal objective to reduce their health care costs by demonstrating greater control over their health and fitness.  

iii. Define and communicate benchmark measures (objectives) for the ideal status of individual employee and retiree health.

d. With regard to health, fitness, and wellness, the "presidency" of the United States of America should and must "lead" by example, and such example (http://www.reynos.com/Resume/Track/awards.htm) should and must be the standard all members of Congress, and the Judiciary.
 

 

D. Problem: Separation of Business and State
In a zest to attract, maintain and develop vibrant local economies many municipalities provide certain tax advantages to professional football, basketball, baseball, hockey, and other sports. These professional sporting are either privately owned by "elite," politically powerful and affluent White males or corporately owned and controlled by same.  These tax advantages, with includes money spent building new stadiums, are not provided to the local small businesses in the communities where these sporting teams reside, and in particular, urban minority communities receive the least benefit from these tax advantages.  This elitist pseudo-county-club does not represent the demographics of the United States because it is primarily composed of "elite," politically powerful and affluent White males.

Solution:

4.     In the event that local, state or federal money is used in support of a professional sporting team, club or facility that federal legislation will require:

a.     A professional sports team, club, or owner will be required to contribute five (5) percent of their revenue to build, repair or replace sporting venues (football stadiums, track and field facilities, ballparks, gymnasiums, arenas, etc.) at local K-12 public schools, colleges and universities.

 

b.     A professional sports team, club, or owner will be prohibited from raising the cost of services (tickets, concessions, broadcast coverage, player salaries, etc.) in order to off-set contributing five (5) percent of their revenue to local K-12 public schools, colleges and universities. Violation of this law is a Class A felony and will result in a minimum sentence of twenty-five (25) years without parole.

 

E. Problem: Homelessness
Homelessness exists as blatant disrespect to the citizens of the richest country in the world. Homelessness exists as a blatant contradiction to our on-going practice of helping people throughout the world when "we" continue to fail to take care of our own!!!

Solution:

5.     To submit legislation, as approved by Congress, that will prohibit homelessness in the richest country in the world, the United States of America.

 

a.     All persons with annual incomes and/or net worth over $100,000,000 will be required to pay a Homeless Act Tax (HAT) of 10% on this amount, and their taxable income will be reduced accordingly.

 

b.    All city, county, state and federal and other governing bodies that have an annual budgetary surplus of greater than 25% must allocate 5% to the delivery of homeless services in their communities as defined by the Homeless Act Tax.

 

c.    All businesses with incomes and/or net worth over $200,000,000 will be required to pay a Homeless Act Tax (HAT) of 5% on this amount, and their taxable income will be reduced accordingly.

 

d.     As approved by Congress, ninety-five (95) percent of all revenue derived from the Homeless Act Tax can only be used:

 

                                      i.     To create, modify or maintain facilities for the homeless.

 

                                    ii.     To train and educate beneficiaries of the Homeless Act Tax.

 

e.     As approved by Congress, only five (5) percent of all revenue derived from the Homeless Act Tax can be used:

 

                                      i.     To pay for an administrative staff, including salaries and benefits.

 

                                    ii.     To pay for supplies, equipment, and capital expenses.

 

f.      As approved by Congress, beneficiaries of the Homeless Act Tax must:

 

                                      i.     Acquire or update individual skills, knowledge and abilities toward employment in a validated, marketable vocation.

 

                                    ii.     Prohibited from any public demonstration of homelessness.

 

g.     Homeless persons who are not validated citizens of the United States of America, or documented and validated residents of the United States of America will be:

 

                                      i.     Arrested, adjudicated, and immediately deported to their perceived country of residence.

 

                                    ii.     Incarcerated and adjudged in compliance with local, state or federal law.

h.     Congress will pass federal legislation that:

      i. Absolutely no veterans of any arm of the U.S. military shall be homeless.

 

     ii. Law enforcement and judiciary who allow veteran homelessness shall be individually

prosecuted for a Class A felony.

 

       iii.     All temporary or permanent homeless shelters or facilities must be HAT compliant.

i.  U.S. has the highest incarceration rate in the world, and such incarceration will continue unabated for perpetuity. Many convicted felons, having served their debt to society, and subsequently released, are prohibit from residing in, or renting, or owning real estate, whether commercial or non-commercial properties, and therefore, become homeless.

i. To remove the "stain" of their continued existence in a psuedo-forgiveness-Christian-based, "In God We Trust" society, convicted felons will be immediately killed upon completion of their sentence and/or upon release from incarceration; or

 

ii. Exported to a deserted island at a property unilaterally controlled, restricted, and surveilled as a U.S. commonwealth; or

iii. Local, county, state, and federal government will fund the construction of new or expansion of existing jails and prisons to provide "free" housing for convicted felons who have been perpetually branded as unemployable and homeless; or

                                     iv.     Given that the U.S. has the highest incarceration rate in the world, and such incarceration will continue unabated for perpetuity, and given the behavioral risks associated with persons convicted for sexual abuse, rape, pedophilia, domestic violence, elder abuse, etc., therefore, as with the Americans with Disabilities Act, employers and/or property owners will fund the construction of "physical accommodations," including separate entry access, surveillance systems, etc., to ensure for the safety and protection of individuals who may be at risk.

 

           

F. Problem: Judicial Review
The local, state and federal judiciary throughout the United States do not represent the demographics of the United States.  This inequity has consistently had a negative impact upon women and minorities who, when charged and sentenced for crimes, are not judged by a jury of their peers, and typically receive longer and harsher sentencing. The judiciary of the United States does not represent the demographics of the United States because it has always been primarily composed of "elite," politically powerful and affluent White males.

That's right, White men, who represent a constantly shrinking population of 30% or less, have always dictated every law, every rule, every policy. This "systemic privilege" is not evidence of a democratic republic, but validates the perpetual existence of crony capitalism.

Solution:

6.    To submit legislation, as approved by Congress, that will require the judiciary to mirror the demographics of the community in which they serve:

a.     At the Federal level, as validated by the 2000 (and thereafter) U.S. Census, the US judiciary will be populated to approximately 50.9% female and 49.1% male, and 75.1% White, 12.5% Hispanic, 12.3% Black, 3.6% Asian, 0.9% Native American, etc.

 

b.     All state, county, municipal and other governmental entities will configure their judiciary subject to the demographics of the communities in which they serve.

 

c.     All juries will be configured to reflect the demographics of the communities in which the crime(s) were committed.

i.     As many crimes have become more politically sophisticated and more technologically complex, validated juror training will be encouraged of all jurors prior to jury selection.

ii.     Jurors will receive training in employment law, criminal law, civil law, tax law, environmental law, constitutional law, and in any other discipline of law for which they might act as juror.  Training sessions will last approximately eight (8) hours, and from one (1) to five (5) days.

 

iii.     The curriculum will be defined by and reconcile with the laws and legislation particular to communities in which the crime(s) were committed (i.e., residents of Chicago, Illinois will receive training on laws and legislation particular to the City of Chicago, Cook County, the State of Illinois, and the federal laws of the United States of America).

 

iv.     All registered voters will be encouraged, or required by municipal or state law, to complete juror training, which will include payment equivalent to the participant’s per diem rate of pay as validated by their employer or other means of verification.

v.     To eliminate any duplication of resources, training will be provided through existing undergraduate and graduate level courses provided by colleges and universities within the communities in which jurors reside.  Fees and tuition will be waived, and instructional materials, including books, will be leased to jurors (with replacement provided by the juror for any destruction or loss of materials).  Jurors may purchase materials at their discretion.

 

vi.     The process of selecting prospective jurors (voir dire), i.e., peremptory challenges or challenges for cause, shall remain at the discretion of the court; however, in all cases involving rape, 50% of jurors will be female; and in all cases involving a person-of-color the selection of jurors must reconcile to the racial demographics of the geographic area where the crime was alleged to have occurred.

 

vii.     Given the well-documented history of judicial inconsistency, bias, and preferential treatment in judgments, AI (artificial intelligence) will be used to assess the linear consistency in judgments, and upon final review by an independent and randomly selected panel composed of seven-(7) citizens, to subsequently abate such judgments and to admonish judiciary.

 

 

 

G. Problem: Abortion
As with all aspects of judicial and legislative decisions, "elite," politically powerful and affluent White men ultimately and unilaterally determine what women can do with their bodies. Conversely, women have NEVER held authority to ultimately and unilaterally determine what men can do with their bodies.

UPDATE: 49 YEARS LATER, WOMEN STILL HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THEIR OWN BODIES

Solution:

7.    As approved by Congress, a national popular vote:

a.    To determine if women shall exercise final authority over their reproductive rights;

b. To determine if the Selective Service System (SSS), which requires all men to register with Selective Service within 30 days of their 18th birthday, will also capture DNA on all males over 18 years of age who have not had a vasectomy, with proof of such; and if DNA will also be captured from all men, without regard to age, who register for a state-issued driver's who have not had a vasectomy, with proof of such.

c. (Updated from 2005 to 2017) To determine if, as proposed by Robert Veitch, establishment of the Personal Responsibility Act, which will use DNA as a verification of paternity for every embryo, and the male responsible will be obliged by law to support the woman and child(ren) until the child(ren) reach the state determined legal age of majority (typically 18 or 19 years of age); and such support shall include medical costs, living costs, education, and the child(ren) will have a full share(s) of the father's estate if and when the father dies. Failure of males to register will be a Class A felony, and subject non-registrants to:

i. Denial of federal and state-based student loans and grant programs, and receipt of private sector loans and grants;

ii. Denial of federal job training under Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (formerly Workforse Investment Act);

iii. Automatic garnishment of salary, wages, income, etc., to satisfy court-mandated child support;

iv. Prohibition from federal, state, and local public sector and private sector employment; and

v. Prohibition from or an automatic 5-year delay of U.S. citizenship proceedings for immigrants.

 

H. Problem: Energy
The United States of America continues to be held hostage by other nations who control the world’s supply of fossil based energy.  This is blatantly ridiculous and an insult to the intelligence of citizens of the United States of America who built the technology that put men on the moon, who created the atomic bomb, who created the iPod, and who continue to lead the world in the evolution of technology.  It is a blatant contradiction to focus on “homeland security” without an aggressive plan to become completely sovereign in our access to and use of energy.  The United States of America uses more energy than any nation in the world, but absent is a viable and sustainable energy policy and, most importantly, an infrastructure that validates our perpetual independence from those who threaten the solvency of our access to and use of energy.

Solution:

8.    To submit legislation, as approved by Congress, that will require the mutual participation of government and industry to achieve our perpetual independence from those who threaten the solvency of our access to and use of energy (updated from 2005 to 2024):

 

a.    Reference: On May 25, 1961 in a Special Message to the Congress on Urgent National Needs, President John F. Kennedy 
said, “I believe that this nation should commit itself to achieving the goal, before this decade is out, of landing a man on the Moon and returning him safely to the Earth. No single space project in this period will be more impressive to mankind, or more important for the long-range exploration of space; and none will be so difficult or expensive to accomplish.

b. Observation: "Elite," politically powerful and affluent White men know that every year, as the suns rises and sets, in certain geographic areas we can expect earthquakes, wildfires, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. Every year.

Nevertheless, it remains the practice of "elite," politically powerful and affluent White men to build homes, schools, and businesses that are not designed to survive environmental catastrophes. Even worse, despite having the technology and financial resources to significantly reduce or eliminate constantly reoccurring environmental destruction and loss of life, the United States of America incurs the same great loss of property and loss of life over and over, year after year.

Despite the existence of and in anticipation of earthquakes, drought, wildfires, thunderstorms, snowstorms, blizzards, and all other anomalies, humans can build an oil pipeline covering 2,238 of miles from Canada (Hardisty, Canada) to the Gulf of Mexico (Freeport, Texas); or an oil pipeline covering 5,646 miles from the Atlantic Ocean (Saint John, Canada) to the Pacific Ocean (Vancouver, Canada).

But . . .

. . . "elite," politically powerful and affluent White men are unable or unwilling to build pipelines, covering less distance than the oil pipelines, to irrigate agriculture and to control wildfires?

That's right, despite possessing a robust knowledge of the aforemention facts about weather and climate, and despite possessing the "genius" to accurately anticipate and strategically plan viable solutions to mitigate or eliminate drought and wildfires, people of California, both public and private sector, business and government, are clearly some of the dumbest humans on this planet, or worse, they just don't give a damn about fixing "their" constantly reoccurring environmental problems. Sadly, rather than fixing the problem, the past and current practice is for people of California and elsewhere to complain: >> it'll cost too much . . . >> physics don't enable us to upscale desalination systems of such magnitude . . . >> yes, we can transport human beings 238,900 miles to and from the moon, but we can't possibly move water a few thousand miles . . . blame CRT, blame SJW, blame #MeTOO, blame BLM . . . >> blame the Republicans . . . >> blame the Democrats . . . >> why should "we" (whoever "we" are) pay; we feed the nation, let those folks in the rest of the country pay. . . >> this is an LGBT+ issue . . . "Elite," politically powerful and affluent White men know that every year, as the suns rises and sets, in certain geographic areas we can expect earthquakes, wildfires, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. Every year.

c.    Action: With reference to President John F. Kennedy, "We believe this nation should commit itself to achieving the goal of perpetual energy independence from those who threaten the solvency of our access to and use of energy." No single project in this period will be more impressive to mankind, or more important for the long-range safety, security and happiness for citizens of the United States of America; and none will be so difficult or expensive to accomplish.

i.     For both consumer and commercial transportation, as with the New Deal of 1933, the United State of America will reduce consumption and use of fossil-based fuels to 50% and increase use and consumption of hydrogen (water) based fuels to 50% by the end of this Presidency.

ii.     For both consumer and commercial waste disposal, as with the New Deal of 1933, the United States of America will develop the technologies to completely recycle all waste, including existing landfills, and toxic and/or radioactive deposits by the end of this Presidency.

iii.     For both consumer and commercial waste disposal, as with the New Deal of 1933, United States of America will develop technologies and infrastructure to safely and strategically provide sustainable access to drinking water, irrigation systems, water purification, and waste water treatment.

I. Problem: Acting as “policeman” to the World
As well-documented throughout U.S. history, the United States of America is not the pinnacle of social and governmental excellence. Nevertheless, an arrogant sect of "elite," politically powerful and affluent White men has historically and routinely, presented and engaged, the United States of America as the savior to "police" the world, and typically at the expense of citizens of all races and gender who are not elite, not politically powerful, and not wealthy.

In 1776, the only individuals who held the "privilege" to sign the U.S. Declaration of Independence were White men [not male or female Native Americans, not male or female slaves, not White women (although a White woman printed the document), not male or female Asians, not male or female Latinos], but only White men were established as "equal" in the U.S. Declaration of Independence. Nevertheless, they wrote: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all MEN are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." Unfortunately, as detailed by polifact.com, the blatant hypocrisy of the Declaration of Independence is evident with thirty-four-(34) of the forty-seven-(47) men depicted in the famous "Declaration of Independence" painting were slaveholders, most of whom did this, and this.

Black people were NOT allowed to vote, or own property (because they were, in fact, "property"), etc.     Women were NOT allowed to vote, or own property (for the most part), except as provided by their husband, family hierarchy, etc.     These well-educated, slave-owning, hypocritically-God-fearing "elite," politically powerful and affluent "Founding Fathers" made "the rules" and defined all exceptions to "the rules." They "knew" it was neither "inspirational or forward thinking," but only deceitful to state all "men" are created equal as they "self-evidently" continued the genocide of Native American, the enslavement of Black people, the oppression of women, etc.

To escape the tyranny of the Kingdom of Great Britian, the "Founding Fathers," who wrote the Declaration of Independence were also "elite," politically powerful and affluent White men, and with blatant hypocrisy they also used the Doctrine of Discovery as the template to continue White ethnocentrism and ultimate ownership, control and enforcement, and privilege in pursuit of their “Manifest Destiny."     Centries later, the legacy of White ethnocentrism born from Eurpoean aristocracy contines to oppress people of color. Nothing changes.     As validated by the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, these "Founding Fathers" knew the value of words, and how to carefully craft sentences, paragraphs, and documents. Evidence of their intent to sustain their "privilege" is validated by the absence of any timetable to establish that "all people are created equal."     Keep in mind, these elite, well-educated, slave-owning, God-fearing "Founding Fathers" had absolutely no problem executing contracts or agreements between themselves (i.e., Hudson Bay Company), France, Spain, or deceitfully with Native Americans.     If slavery had no impact, why don't, why haven't White people switched places with Black people?

Or, are "we" supposed to believe these elite, well-educated, slave-owning, God-fearing "Founding Father" White men, who used the same colonization tactics as their British peers, were not as smart as Chinese men who established, with Britain, a 99-year (timetable) lease for Hong Kong in 1898?

 

Let's not forget, in the pursuit and/or defense of its self-proclaimed “Manifest Destiny” to possess, conquer, and populate the North American continent from the Atlantic seaboard to the Pacific ocean, the United States of America's "elite," politically powerful and affluent White males intentionally: (a) killed over 60 million Africans during 400 years of the slave trade; (b) killed, incarcerated on reservations, and caused the Holocaust and forcible removal of over 12 millions of Native Americans; (c) incarcerated Asian-Americans in concentration camps throughout World War II; and (d) dropped the most powerful bombs ever used in combat - two nuclear fission bombs - to attack both civilian and military targets in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan to dramatically end World War II.

In the absence of the U.S. Congress formally declaring war, the U.S. federal government, which is primarily lead and controlled by "elite," politically powerful and affluent White males, many of whom are "filthy rich," has historically placed thousands of U.S. citizens and our military, who are predominately not rich, and composed of many minorities, in life threatening roles and locations throughout the world. These "elite," politically powerful and affluent "warmongers," who are overwhelmingly White men, do not act in the best interests of the overwhelming majority of U.S. citizens by coercing or unilaterally compelling the United States of America to "police" the political affairs of sovereign nations throughout the world. Our Presidency will no longer condone, participate, and perpetrate this farce.

(Updated from 2005 to 2024) Likewise, in compliance with the "separation of church and state" freedom guaranteed by the First Amendment, this Presidency will not condone, participate, and perpetrate the perpetual contradictions of endless "religious conflicts."

Religious "leaders" like Pope Francis and others lack the initiative and guts to provide Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, President of Russia, with a thirty-(30) day notice signed by leaders from all major religious organizations that on, let's say, Monday, April 22, 2024 ("Passover) an extremely large delegation of over one-(1) million unarmed religious leaders and their followers will enter Ukraine by land, by sea, and by air to begin a cross-country march inward across the entire nation of Ukraine. This unarmed religious delegation will not function as a blockade, but will confine their actions to providing humanitarian relief and medical care - period. They will exist as sitting targets to be eliminated at the discretion of Vladimir Putin. The same "peaceful" solution could be used to stop the war between Israel and Hamas and other pro-Palestinian militant groups. Clearly, the failure of organized religions to "police" themselves validates their ineptness and impotence; and this Presidency will no longer condone, participate, and perpetrate the perpetual contradictions of endless "religious conflicts."

 

Solution:

9.     To submit legislation, as approved by Congress, that will prohibit the deployment of U.S. military to any nation or region of the world for more than 365 days, unless an extension is approved by 75% of citizens via a popular vote result from of all 50 States and residents of Puerto Rico.

 

a.   If engaged in any military campaign for less than 365 days, the United States of America will use all available resources to secure peace through aggressive but peaceful negotiation and diplomacy. Our presidency will not allow young men and women to die in endless conflicts.

 

b. The United States of America will continue to embrace positive, "Friends with Benefits (FWB)," relationships all members of the United Nations; however, instead of being the "policeman" to the world, the United States will evolve partnerships with other nations to two concurrent mantras, "Isolationalism with Benefits (IWB)," and "America Comes First (ACF)."

 

c.    If engaged in any military campaign beyond 365 days, the United States of America will use all available resources to completely, entirely and expeditiously decimate any and all conflict including, if necessary, the destruction of all landscape, property, and life. For example, with regard to Iraq, Iran, etc.

i.     Establish troops and support arsenal to entirely engulf the borders of Iraq to prevent anyone from leaving.

ii.     Consistent with the “Ethnic Cleansing” and “Eugenics” and “Genocide” programs successfully used by the United States to eliminate, imprison and control Native Americans (Reservations), Blacks (Slavery, Plantations, Ghettos, redlining, etc.), and Latinos (Deportation, Ghettos, redlining, etc.), and as illustrated in the map below, the U.S. will systematically move all Iraq citizens from their existing quadrant to quadrants 12 and 13 and completely decimate each vacant quadrant using both the most powerful non-nuclear bombs – the United States Air Force's MOAB (officially Massive Ordnance Air Blast, or more commonly known as the "Mother Of All Bombs") and thermonuclear nuclear and W54 nuclear bombs (preferably with a short-term radioactive life).  Survivors will be herded into quadrants 12 and 13, which is where assimilation protocols will begin.

War is not a game, where one "plays to win." War is literally the devastion of human life and destruction of property. Our Presidency will not engage or participate in endless military "conflicts" that last for years, or decades. We will, in every instance, pursue the immediate obliteration and elimination of all opposition. PERIOD. The "threat" of using weapons represents impotence not strength; conversely, the "act" of using weapons is absolute, merciless, and perpetually eliminates human life, and typically, without the immediate restoration of property. Don't Tread on Me (usually stylized in all caps without an apostrophe, is a political slogan dating to the American Revolution) and we won't tread on you. Our presidency will not function as the "policeman" for the world; again, we will evolve partnerships with other nations to two concurrent mantras, "Isolationalism with Benefits (IWB)," and "America Comes First (ACF)."

d. The U.S. Congress will adopt legislation, and the U.S. State Department will aggressively promote the, "Don't Tread on Me" mantra, while concurrently:

i. Detailing the character and scope of IBW and ACT legislation, and corresponding policies; including lethal outcome for non-compliance.

ii. Reallocating designated aspects of the military budget to provide U.S. citizens with free education to dramatically increase GDP economic performance in science, business, and the arts.

 

J. Problem: Ethnic Cleansing
The United States of America is not the pinnacle of social and governmental excellence but, nevertheless, it is routinely presented to the world as such. There are "disgruntled individuals" in this country who routinely promote ethnic cleansing, such as the return of Black people to Africa (but who knows where since Africa is not a nation), return of Japanese to Japan, return Chinese to China, return Indians (not the indigenous Native Americans) to India, and so on. Bottom line: If "you" don't like it here, if you're unwilling to work constructively to build this republic, then LEAVE! And this presidency will help you!

Solution:

10.     To submit legislation, as approved by Congress, that will relocate "extremists" to the country of their damn choice, at the one-time, one-way expense of the United States of America, and with the unrecoverable loss of their American citizenship, including their heirs, for perpetuity.

a.     Each "disgruntled individual" will receive a Loss of Citizenship Certificate that states:

i.  The United States of America, only occurred as a result of forcing its values [Christmas, Christianity, etc.] on the indigenous people (we now call them "Native Americans") of this hemisphere;

ii. The United States of America was created by "elite," politically powerful and affluent White men who intentionally omitted the freedom of slaves and the corresponding equality of Native Americans, Latinos, Asians, and Women from their narrowly defined "Declaration of Independence."

iii.     The United States of America, only occurred as a result of forcing its values [Christmas, Christianity, etc.] after enslaving over 60 million people from Africa for over 400 years and these people (who White people originally called "niggers" and now call African-Americans) were completely stripped of their own values, customs and holidays after being forcibly brought to this hemisphere; and now

 

iv.   This country, the United States of America, which was created by White people from Western European countries [Great Britain, France, Spain, etc.] that sought and achieved global dominance by forcing centuries of oppression and colonialism on people of color in hundred of countries throughout the world - has finally recognized a need to become more "politically correct" by recognizing the scope and impact of its legacy of oppression and colonialism on millions of people who, without question, already had and continue to have their own values, customs, beliefs, holidays and dreams for "the pursuit of their own happiness."

 

b.     Each extremist will swear to or affirm, orally or in writing, to the following:

i.  I understand that I completely relinquish my rights to all real, tangible personal property, including all money, stock, bonds and negotiable financial instruments I’ve acquired through my citizenship.  I understand that failure to disclose and/or relinquish all of my personal property will result in criminal action against me.

ii.     With the revocation of my citizenship, I understand the United States of America will solely provide me with the shirt-on-my-back, one pair of pants, one pair of shoes, one belt, and payment of a one-time, lump sum stipend equivalent to the annual average compensation for the lowest standard of living found in the world.

iii.  I am unable to accept or respect living, loving, and working in a republic composed of descendants of slaves who had absolutely no choice in their oppression by my White ancestors, or with Native American, or with any people of color, or with people of other cultures and nationalities who speak Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Kiswahili, Nguni, Sotho, Swahili, Vietnamese, Korean, Mandarin, Japanese, Russian and any other languages.  I, therefore, refuse my citizenship, and that of my heirs, from the United States of America for perpetuity.

c.     Concurrent with deportation, each extremist will be documented and forever considered as an enemy of the United States of America.

 

K. Problem: The Presidential Election
Without regard to the Electoral College, the popular vote for the presidency of the United States of America has routinely been characterized by scandal; plus, without regard to political party affiliation, campaigns are primarily financed and controlled by "elite," politically powerful and affluent White males" and their peer lobbyists and crony-capitalists.  Although the technology exists to efficiently, safely, accurately, and securely process billions of financial transaction electronically each year by phone or through the internet, the advantages brought by technology have not been used to improve the process of the popular vote.  The traditional voting process is laborious, and frequently requires citizens to leave their home or work in order to vote, and is counterproductive to increasing the turnout of eligible voters.

Solution:

11.  To submit legislation, as approved by Congress, to eliminate the Electoral College, and subsequently use technology to efficiently, safely, accurately, and securely process the popular vote. 

 

a.     All presidental political ads will be confined to the free-access "Presidential Election Channel," availabe via all cable services, over-the-air digital broadcast television, broadcast radio, and "elect-potus.com."

 

b.     Secure, triple-controlled, and encrypted voting will occur via the internet; or telephone; or exclusively via the United States Postal Service.

 

L. Problem: Illegal Immigration and Drug Smuggling
In compliance with the "Don't Thread On Me" mantra, unauthorized entry into the United States of America and drug smuggling is illegal, a violation of federal law, and a violation of the sovereignty of independent States. The Big Picture?

Like it or not, the racial demographics of the United States of America is changing, with the birth rate and populations of minorities increasing as is the blending of all racial and ethnic groups. Conversely, the White fertility rate continues to decrease as White people become richer, more affluent. FACT: The higher the degree of education and GDP per capita of a human population, subpopulation or social stratum, the fewer children are born in any industrialized country. Statistically, a replacement rate of 2.100 is necessary to "replinish" a racial/ethnic group. In 2018, the TFR for the entire U.S. was only 1.765.5 - and the TFR for White people was only 1.640, which is the next to the lowest racial group TFR in the U.S. of Asians at 1.525. Like it or not, as White people become more "affluent" they have less children. The intentional genocide of Native Americans prohibits their consideration as a "fruitful" source. Equally important, as well-documented in the impeccably researched, “MAAFA 21: Black Genocide in 21st Century America 2nd Edition (2011), the intentional bias against Black people, and Black men in particular, is not ancient history, as the TFR for Black people has consistently declined since the end of slavery, coupled with more Black children being aborted (38.4%) than any other ethic group, and the perpetual decline of the traditional Black family unit from 1620 to Present: 250 years of slavery, 90 years of Jim Crow (lynching, racism, discrimination, incarceration, etc.), 60 years of separate but equal, 35 years of state-sanctioned red-lining. Therefore, to be "competitive" with the demographic changes in TFR worldwide, the United State of America must "replinish" its population from "fruitful" and logistically available external sources. Over the past 33 years, Canada's TFR average is 1.60, much less the the US average of 1.95 and therefore, not a "fruitful" source. China's TFR average is 1.65 but with historical birth controls to limit overpopulation. However, Mexico's TFR average is 2.55 and clearly, very fruitful! Clearly, in order to "replinish" its population and workforce the United State of America is going to become "darker," but this Presidency will confine management of immigration to the rule of law and prohibit illegal, disorganized, and overtly chaotic immigration - period. Equally important, this Presidency will not allow illegal immigrants to "cut to the front of the line" and jump ahead of the civil rights of actual citizens of the United States of America.

 

Solution:

12.  War strategy is very simple. History shows, in the absence of genocide, many if not most people will continue to fight, even using guerrilla warfare tactics (Vietnamese) to ultimately win. Therefore, in war, you must "clean house" to defeat the enemy.

OPTION 1 - Drug Smuggling:

1. Under the direction of Mexico, and in concert with all members of the United Nations Security Council, an international military coalition of army, navy, and air force will be formed to conduct a global "War Against Drugs," which will aggressively locate, occupy, and eliminate all organized crime in Mexico and other South American nations involved in organized crime and drug trafficking. 2. Establish an overwhelming international military force of 500,000 or more to simultaneously encircle the entire nation of Mexico. Then, by constantly moving inward from the north, south, east, and west each quadrant will be painstakingly searched and cleansed of all elements of organized crime. This military campaign is exceptionally pervasive in scope and execution. QUESTION 1: If Mexico was serious about controlling illegal immigration into Mexico, why doesn't Mexico stop people from Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, etc. from illegally entering Mexico? Duh. QUESTION 2: If Mexico was serious about controlling illegal immigration into the United States, why aren't Mexican troops stationed throughout the Mexican side of the border to prevent the illegal exodous of Mexicans and others into the United States. Duh.

3. The mission is "to destroy all aspects of organized crime, and kill or capture, if possible, all persons involved in such.” Most importantly, Mexican citizens identified and validated as non-combatants don’t have to leave their homes, and will be provided with transportation to safe areas that will accept refugees on a temporary basis. However, war means destruction and killing, and people will be killed or possibly captured if they are aligned with organized crime and drug trafficking. You must "clean house" to win a war.

4. If people aligned with organized crime or drug trafficking would like to avoid their complete and utter destruction, they should immediately surrender all weapons and drug paraphernalia to military authorities.

Just think for a minute. If "we" significantly reduce or eliminate organized crime and drug trafficking in Mexico and other countries, the result would be a positive domino impact on the nation state economies of Mexico, the United States, and many other countries. You significantly reduce or eliminate the need or desire for people to move when their financial and social needs (family, culture, etc.) are being met where they live. What's wrong with that?

OPTION 2 - Immigration: (Updated from 2005 to 2017) As approved by Congress, the U.S. will:

1. As with Puerto Rico and the Northern Mariana Islands, negotiate with Mexico for its annexation to become a U.S. Commonwealth, and subsequently enforce U.S. federal law upon the Commonwealth of Mexico including the use of U.S. military to target and eliminate organized crime; and to aggressively promote commonwealth-based local economic prosperity with Fortune 500 companies and lobbyists to establish enterprise zones throughout Mexico; or
2. Negotiate with Mexico to become the 52nd U.S. State and with Puerto Rico to become the 51st U.S. State; and subsequently enforce U.S. federal law upon the State of Mexico including the use of U.S. military to target and eliminate organized crime; then, to promote state-based and local economic prosperity aggressively work with Fortune 500 companies and lobbyists to establish enterprise zones throughout Mexico and Puerto Rico;

3. As reported by thebalance.com, the United States has the world's largest trade deficit. It's been that way since 1975. The deficit in goods and services was $566 billion in 2017. Imports were $2.895 trillion and exports were only $2.329 trillion. Mexico is the United States third largest trading partner:

a. China - $636 billion traded with a $375 billion deficit.

b. Canada - $582 billion traded with an $18 billion deficit.

c. Mexico - $557 billion traded with a $71 billion deficit.

d. Japan - $204 billion traded with a $69 billion deficit.

e. Germany - $171 billion traded with a $65 billion deficit.

4. By annexing Mexico as a commonwealth of the U.S. or establishing Mexico as a state:

a. the trade deficit with Mexico would no longer exist;

b. given Mexico's closer proximity to the U.S., products can be produced more cheaply in Mexico than in China;

c. the U.S. could create more businesses and jobs in the State of Mexico, which would reduce or eliminate the need or desire for people to leave Mexico to secure their financial success;

d. with Mexico as a U.S. commonwealth or State, the U.S. could reduce the trade deficit with China, because more products would be produced within the "new" United States.

e. the southern border of the United States would no longer be shared with the current nation of Mexico - a largely uncontrollable 1,960 mile expanse of the Rio Grande river and related terrain; but reduced to the much smaller and controllable 276 km (171 miles) border of Belize and the 958 km (595 miles) border of Guatemala.

5. Establish that immigration into the United States is a required three-(3) step process:

a. Validated approval for immigration from the Federal government, with absolutely no allocation for temporary residency except on existing Federal proverty (military facilities, federal prisons, etc.);

> No "temporary" residency on, at, or near any civilian property for non-citizens;

> No expansion of existing Federal facilities or "new" construction of such unless approved by popular vote from all U.S. States);

b. Validated approval from the specific State (California, Texas, Utah, etc.) where an individual seeks to reside, and in compliance with specific State laws and reguilations; and

c. Individuals on an immigration "waiting list" for both Federal and/or State governments will be removed from such listings and promptly deported after 365-days; and are eligible to re-submit their application after two-(2) years.

OPTION #3 - Immigration and Drug Smuggling: As with the spread of the Vietnam War into Cambodia and Laos, and due to Mexico's failure to stop the spread of organized crime and illegal immigration into the United States, the U.S. Congress: (a) declares war against Mexico in response to the "invasion" of illegal immigrants into the United States; (b) unilaterally invades Mexico; and (c) strategically targets all persons and places aligned with organized crime, and drug and human trafficking. You must "clean house" to win a war.

Given the aforementioned, you might not like the tactics, but it's clearly possible to "fix" the immigration problem. But it takes leadership and commitment to create change, and such characteristics are not evident in the current U.S. Congress. For the kind of deceitful "leadership" President Obama provided, watch the video at right. As a candidate for President, Donald Trump clearly established his plan to reduce or eliminate illegal immigration, and he has not deviated from core elements of his plan. His reputation in this regard continues to intimidate or scare or anger many, especially those who want to maintain the "immigration status quo." Sadly, anyone who advocates "we" confine management of immigration to the rule of law is labled a cold-blooded racist. Just like candidate Trump, as Governor of California, Ronald Reagan established a no-nonsense record of dealing with civil unrest and crime. Accordingly, immediately prior to being elected POTUS, a no-nonsense candidate Reagan repeatedly said he would bomb Iran and send troops to free American hostages in Iran. Acting President Carter repeatedly failed to free the American hostages. However, within hours of being elected POTUS, Iran voluntarily freed all American hostages - because they knew President Reagan was serious about bombing them off the face of the planet and sending in U.S. troops to conduct clean-up operations. NEWS FLASH: President Trump was serious too! Conversely, President Biden is not.	How did President Obama "handle" illegal immigration?	How ignorant is U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on immigration?
This Presidency will confine management of immigration to the rule of law and prohibit illegal immigration - period. This Presidency will not allow illegal immigrants to "cut to the front of the line" and jump ahead of: 1. poverty-stricken Native Americans struggling to live as incarcerated indigenous people in 3rd-World conditions on reservations throughout the United States; 2. Black people for whom the overwhelming majority continue to exist as poor, uneduated, and incarcerated; 3. single-mothers, disabled, veterans; and 4. homeless people of all racial and ethnic groups, including poor White people throughout rural America. "Isolationalism with Benefits (IWB)" and "America Comes First (ACF)"

 

QUESTION: In the absence of enforcement of immigration law, if a million illegal immigrants storm the U.S. border this year, which dramatically spirals to five million immigrants next year, is the U.S. OBLIGATED to take these people in, provide food, clothing, medical care, education, transportation, and housing indefinitely, and then RAISE YOUR LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL TAXES to pay for this . . . unscheduled, unplanned . . . altruism?

RESPONSE: We absolutely say, "NO" to providing unscheduled, unplanned, and unbudgeted "free" food, clothing, medical care, education, transportation, and housing to all individuals who illegally enter the United States of America. Period. Illegal immigrants must "get in line" and wait for legal entry into the United States, and then, "get in line" behind the existing "have nots" who are citizens of the United States, including poor White people, Native Americans incarcerated on reservations, Black people, Latinos, and the homeless, especially single mothers.

 

M. Problem: Sexual Equality / Racial Equality
(AA / EEO / DEI / LGBTQIBPP+QAAPX+I+2S+). (Updated from 2005 to 2024) Given the perpetual wage and income gap between men and women, and the perpetual wage and income gap between White citizens and Black citizens, and other people of color, the aforementioned measures used to identify and track "human beings" have very little or no impact to reduce or eliminate discrimination, oppression, and bias, especially against Native Americans, Black people, and women of color.

Observations:

i. POWER - As consistently validated by EEO-1s, EEO-4s, and extremely robust and independent research (New York Times, September 9, 2020, "Faces of Power: 80% Are White, Even as U.S. Becomes More Diverse"), such economic inequality will continue infinitely.

Nothing changes: The Racial Wealth Gap, 1860 - 2020 As researched by Derenoncourt, Chi Hyun Kim, Kuhn, and Schularick in their March 8, 2021 report, “The Racial Wealth Gap, 1860 - 2020,” the wealth gap between Blacks and Whites has never been abated, has only increased significantly; and if present trends in the data continue, the racial wealth gap is headed to a steady state with average White wealth at least five times greater than average Black wealth - even through 2260! ii. EQUALITY - Affirmative Action (AA), Equal Opportunity (EEO), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), LGBTQIBPP+QAAPX+I+2S+, and all other measures that identify and track "human beings" are tools that: (a) sustain the perpetual discrimination, oppression, and bias, especially against Native Americans, Black people, and women. "Elite," politically powerful and affluent White men have and continue to successfully discriminate.

iii. INCARCERATION - If lesbians, transgenders, non-binary, bisexuals, queers, intersex, bigamists, polygamists, pedophiles, asexuals, allies, pansexuals, questioning, minors, and other LGBT+ individuals found guilty of crime were incarcerated in the same prison cells with fully functional heterosexual male prisoners, they would promptly discover a “natural” pecking order, a sex-based hierarchy that has ALWAYS existed. Like it or not, the tail does not wag the dog. People are incarcerated without regard to their race or age, and despite the newly pitched far-left-leaning Social Justice Warrior (SJW) “intellectualism” and “liberalism” of an enlightened “sexual revolution,” nevertheless, women, men, and children are incarcerated in separate prisons for a reason, and it’s not for the protection of men. Use your common sense.

Solution:

13.  To submit legislation, as approved by Congress, that prohibits the tracking of citizens of the United States of America by age, race, sex, pregnancy, creed, nationality, religion, veterans status, credit history, criminal history, employment history, and place of residence for all public and private sector employment. Our presidency will elimate "playing the race card."

a. Amend the Declaration of Independence to state, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all PEOPLE are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

b. Delete/remove/repeal all "race-based and gender-based” amendments; and delete/remove/repeal all Executive Orders pertaining to affirmative action (E.O. 11246, E.O. 10925), etc.

c.    To validate "equal representation," of racial, sexual, and economic demographics as reported by the U.S. Census, the declaration and use of racial, sexual, and economic demographics will only be required for positions specific to law enforcement, judiciary, and elected officials.

 

d.    The declaration and use of criminal history, for consideration of employment, will be strategically aligned to restrict or prohibit contact and/or communications with felons representing a demonstrated potential for criminal behavior or socially unacceptable interaction, especially in work environments requiring access to or contact with women, children, disabled, and seniors.

e. Given that the overwhelming majority of people had/have absolutely no input or control over the assignment of their race or sex, and that "PEOPLE" who are forced to change their sex/gender or who unilaterally change their sex/gender have the legal right to do so; it shall be a federal capital crime to discriminate against "PEOPLE" for something for which they have no control such as their race, sex, age, ethnicity, creed, national origin, veteran status, pregnancy, disability, etc. Most importantly, upon conviction sentencing will mirror all capital felonies such as murder, mass murder, aggravated cases of rape, child rape, child sexual abuse, terrorism, treason, espionage, sedition, offenses against the State, such as attempting to overthrow government, piracy, aircraft hijacking, drug trafficking, drug dealing, etc. Bottom line: To deny someone of their "potential" because of their race, sex, age, ethnicity, creed, national origin, veteran status, pregnancy, disability, etc., is a heinous crime, equivalent to murder and rape.

f.     Individuals representing employers who fail to conduct and document an objective, merit-based recruitment and selection process in compliance with the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection, or equivalent objective process; will be individually prosecuted for a Class A felony.
