That means clients get candidates at the top of their game, and candidates are placed in challenging, fulfilling positions that make the most of their skills.

Temporary Placement

From covering vacations to expanding a workforce during sudden caseload increases, temporary placement offers maximum flexibility. Assignments can range from one day to many months, and Landmark staffs the entire spectrum. We place candidates in practice areas best suited to their skills. We also pay candidates as W-2 employees and assume the responsibility of employer taxes and worker's compensation, which means less risk and less administration for our clients.

Temp-to-Hire

This service can be an ideal way for our clients and candidates to get to know one another before making a long-term employment commitment. Clients can evaluate a candidate's skills in real time, while candidates can assess the firm's culture and become part of its team. When clients wish to convert a temporary employee to a regular hire employee, Landmark offers a generous policy, giving credit for all time a candidate has worked on Landmark's payroll. We also facilitate the conversion process to ensure a smooth transition for all.
