A picture is worth a thousand words, and facts matter, too!
As a "seasoned" human resource professional, I'm supposed to have a keen insight on the dynamics of recruitment and selection, and proudly but humbly, I do. I began compiling and submitting EEO-1s, EEO-4, VETS-100, ERISA, and other employee demographic reports in the 1970s; so yeah, I'm immediately aware of how the racial and sexual landscape of public and private sector employers has not changed. Accordingly, I write my editorials based on "facts," because "opinions" are not linear, empirical, and cannot be validated consistently, which brings me to the demise of DEI (which also includes BLM, CRT, etc.). Statistically, for the overwhelming majority of Black people, President Obama's "Uncle Tom-based" presidency did more harm than good, which is validated by the following:

Although White-owned and controlled media have included more people of color into broadcast television, streaming, and advertising, make no mistake, these "elite," politically powerful and affluent White people retain ownership and control over all aspects of "showcasing" token images of pseudo-inclusion. The aloofness of such discretionary privilege is best exhibited by Omaha's Mayor Jean Stothert.
Well, you do get the "big picture," don't you?
I welcome your feedback.
