Do we really live in a time where "everyone" is a victim?

The "broadcast personalities" at KFAB would have you believe Derek Chauvin is the victim, and that "everyone" is against White men, especially mainstream left-leaning, liberal media - which is owned by White men.

Imagine* this. WARNING: This following narrative may upset or offend some individuals.

The wonderful, beautiful, virginal young-adult college-age daughter or loving wife of one of the White-male "broadcast personalities" at KFAB is kidnapped, raped, and drugged. Put that picture solidly in your head. Miraculously, she escapes and is discovered walking and stumbling haphazardly in the middle of an intersection, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She's no longer a pretty, blue-eyed blonde but filthy, her clothes are torn, her hair is a mess, she's shouting, apparently drugged, and apparently carrying a weapon or something. She's going in and out of stores, seemingly threatening people, knocking over product displays, etc. Officer Derek Chauvin arrives on the scence. He acts decisively to subdue her, but she fights him, she struggles against him, constantly shouting, hitting, scratching at him. In addition to Officer Chauvin's body cam, several citizens also film Officer Chauvin as he cuffs her, forcibly throws her down to the hard concrete, puts his knees on her upper back and neck for 9 minutes and 29 seconds. She stops breathing. She dies.

Officer Derek Chauvin is charged with murder. As ususal, the defense successfully pushes to have the venue changed to an all-White and higher-income area in Minneapolis that's pro-police. The twelve-(12) person jury is configured with eight-(8) White men, and four-(4) White women. Officer Derek Chauvin is found not guilty; and a few months later is promoted to Captain.

In reality this is what happened. A twelve person jury composed of six-(6) White people (50%), and four-(4) Black people (33%), and two-(2) multiracial people (16.7%) convicted Derek Chauvin of murder and manslaughter in the death of George Floyd. Given the national and world-wide notoriety of George Floyd's death, and the fact that the jury selection fairly mirrors the census for Minneapolis (60% White; 19.20% Black; and 4.80% multiracial), changing venues had no value.

White men as victims? Really? Something must be wrong when members of the most privileged, the most influential, the most networked, and the wealthiest demographic of the U.S. population claim they are "victims." It's clearly time for an intervention.

This elitist demographic, which typically includes their authorized agents, lackeys, and minions, has always exercised ultimate control over every aspect of government, business, education, religion, and everything else throughout the United States of America. Although the racial, sexual, political, educational, vocational, and social (LGBTQIBPP+QAAPX, #METOO, Black Lives Matter, etc.) demographics of the United States and metro Omaha continue to evolve, the demographics of those who exercise ultimate control over every aspect of U.S. society has not. We live in an increasingly enlightened society with instant access to information distributed via high-speed internet, 5G, social media, etc., and the "have nots" (i.e., everyone other than elitist White men and their authorized agents, lackeys, and minions) are no longer unaware of the oppression, racism, sexism, and other atrocities of the past, and more importantly, the impact of the aforementioned on the present and future.

Here's an idea, if elitist White men and their authorized agents, lackeys, and minions don't like "people" pointing fingers at them, why don't they actually practice the so-called egalitarian principles they preach? Remember . . .

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.	White men were actively committing genocide against Native Americans; White men were actively enslaving (killing, raping, etc.) Black people; White men were actively oppressing and denying human rights to Asians and Latinos; White men were actively oppressing and engaging in sexist acts against women; and White men committed heinous acts against animals.

It was never, never, never ever self-evident that all "men" (and definitely not women) were created equal in the United States of America. People of color, and women, did NOT conceive, engineer, and execute acts of "inhumanity" to themselves, because people of color, and women, were not and have never held the power, control, or "privilege" to do so. FACT: At absolutely no point in the history of the United States of America has the educational, vocational, economic, or political achievement for the overwhelming majority of minorities and women been equal to that of White men.

To be clear, this "intervention" is not targeted at all White men; on the contrary, it's specifically targeted at those elitist White men and their authorized agents, lackeys, and minions who consider themselves victims, or to anyone in denial of history and facts. This elitist demographic ranges from the arrogant to the misinformed, from extremely powerful politicians to the wealthiest White men in the world; for anyone in this demographic to believe they are "victims," clearly means they are misguided, if not delusional, or worse, racist and sexist; which brings us to KFAB.

All of KFAB's "primary" or "featured" on-air talent are White males.

KFAB 1110-AM News Talk Information radio station is licensed by the FCC (to IHM LICENSES, LLC (7136 S. Yale Avenue, Suite 501; Tulsa, Oklahoma 74136; 918-664-4581) to provide broadcast services in metro Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska - but not just to White men, not just to White people; but to "serve" all people in the Lincoln-Omaha metropolitan area. As consistently validated by the U.S. Census, and EEO-1s, and EEO-4s for the metro Lincoln-Omaha area, women (White, Black, Latino, Asia, and Native American) and minorities (Black, Latino, Asian, Native American, and multi-racial) also live throughout the area. Here, take a look:

To be fair, KFAB cannot be all-things to all-people, but should or must all "broadcast personalities" be only White men? According to station management, KFAB's target listener is a 43-year-old male, and is that because White men ultimately own or control all aspects of business and government, thereby making the interests of minorities and women insignificant? Fifty-one-(51) percent of metro Omaha's population is female. All metro Lincoln and Omaha television news programs for both AM and PM broadcasts are hosted by a typical "Barbie (woman) and Ken (man)," mostly White couples with an occasional minority but no, KFAB is unable and/or unwilling to secure a female and/or minority "broadcast personality." You got that?

The FCC's "Public and Broadcasting Manual," states the following: Criticism, Ridicule, and Humor Concerning Individuals, Groups, and Institutions (Page 11): The First Amendment's guarantee of freedom of speech similarly protects programming that stereotypes or may otherwise offend people with regard to their religion, race, national background, gender, or other characteristics. It also protects broadcasts that criticize or ridicule established customs and institutions, including the government and its officials. The Commission recognizes that, under our Constitution, people must be free to say things that the majority may abhor, not only what most people may find tolerable or congenial. However, if you are offended by a station’s programming, we urge you to make your concerns known in writing to the station licensee.

Obscene Material (Page 14): Obscene material is not protected by the First Amendment and cannot be broadcast at any time. To be obscene, the material must have all of the following three characteristics:

An average person, applying contemporary community standards, must find that the material, as a whole, appeals to the prurient interest;

The material must depict or describe, in a patently offensive way, sexual conduct specifically defined by applicable law; and

The material, taken as a whole, must lack serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value.

Is it not "obscene" that KFAB only allows White men to convey their criticism, ridicule, and humor concerning individuals, groups, and institutions?

What's obscene? It's no longer "obscene" to prohibit same-sex couples from kissing on prime time broadcast television; but it's not "obscene" to perpetually prohibit minorities and women from being "broadcast personalities" at KFAB, really?

Both local and national "broadcast personalities" at KFAB discuss the popular news "items" of the day, which primarily involves crime, politics, business, sports, and entertainment. As a routine practice these White males convey their personal and/or corporate views on the aforementioned, which is typically conservative - and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. However, their views are consistently very narrow, uneducated, and absent any first-hand or immediate expertise successfully directing and resolving issues particular to minorities and women; and consequently, they uniquely hold "privilege" to exhort the skewed perspective of their White male bias.

For example, KFAB's "broadcast personality" Chris Baker made the following dumb-ass statement on-the-air, " . . . systemic racism does not exist, because Oprah Winfrey is worth $3.5 billion dollars and Rush Limbaugh was worth only $600 million dollars." A knowledgeable and objective co-host would have said:

"Comparing the success of a "token" Black individual against the overwhelming majority of Black people in the U.S. only shows you don't know U.S. history, and that's sad, no, that's pathetic. During the 1930s, Black actor "Stepin Fetchit" was routinely cast as an ignorant, droopy-eyed, low-life, dirty, slow-talking mumbling Negro or "nigger," which was the prevailing term commonly used by White people back then, and he earned over a million dollars - significantly more than most "featured" or "name above the title" White actors of the time; and Fetchit had a net worth equal to $10 million (after adjusting for inflation) at the time of his death. If Oprah Winfrey is your proof that systemic racism does not exist now, then the "token" success of Stepin Fetchit means systemic racism - and the corresponding public lynchings of innocent Black people - did not exist in the 1920s, 1930s, 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, which would have negated the need for the civil rights movement of the 1960s and thereafter.

White men, like you, Chris, erroneously believe systemic racism and systemic sexism no longer exists, simply because Barack Obama became POTUS and Oprah Winfrey's a billionaire, while constantly ignoring the fact that with every generation there has always been a "token negro" who's been "allowed" by the great White oppressor to do a little more, to have a little more success, etc., such as the first Black millionaire Madame C.J. Walker (1867-1919), Stepin Fetchit (1902-1985), Sidney Poitier (1927+), Richard Pryor (1940-2005), Eddie Murphy (1961+), etc. Again, these "famous" people of color only functioned as "tokens," because they NEVER acquired or held the power or wealth of comparable White males and some White females. It's also a fact that whenever too many Black people slip through the cracks and acquired too much financial success it literally pissed-off White people, which is why White people routinely pushed successful Black businesses out-of-business (Negro Baseball, Motown, Softsheen, etc.), or worse, literally burn Black people out-of-business like the entire town of Tulsa, Oklahoma, the wealthiest Black community in the United States, known as "Black Wall Street." Chris, why are you in denial or indifferent to the facts, or do you blatantly cherry-pick data to distort the truth? What's your problem? What "specifically" is the serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value of constantly directing sarcasm and ridicule, "fake news" or "hate speech," at people who have been and continue to be perpetually oppressed? His popular films include "The Ghost Talks," "Big Timers," and "36 Hours to Kill," which are no longer in print or generally unavailable. Clearly, as always, White men at KFAB can get away with "it" because they are White. Now, if you dislike the "sarcasm" of the previous statement, just imagine how you'd feel if you're a woman or minority listening to KFAB's White male "broadcast personalities" constantly exhorting the skewed perspective of their White male bias. None of the White male "broadcast personalities" at KFAB are subject matter experts in employment law, or EEO, or ADA, or ethics, or diversity, or inclusion, and accordingly, they only offer "fluff" or highly subjective comments. Okay, if "we" don't like what KFAB is selling, "we" should just stop listening, right? Wrong - because KFAB's content includes local and national news, weather, sports, comedy and human interest spots, contests, commercials, and other information that is bereft of the racial, sexual, and political bias of its White male "broadcast personalities." Perhaps, companies that advertise on KFAB should be reminded that as "good corporate citizens" it's not "financially" wise to support broadcasters who intentionally spew sarcasm and ridicule, "fake news" or "hate speech," at people who have been and continue to be perpetually oppressed. Hum??

Keep in mind, the First Amendment's guarantee of freedom of speech similarly protects programming that stereotypes or may otherwise offend people with regard to their religion, race, national background, gender, or other characteristics; but minorities and women are denied, prohibited, banned from exercising their First Amendment guarantee of freedom of speech as a "broadcast personality" at KFAB - that's the problem. Now, if you dislike the aforementioned statement, keep in mind, it's not sarcasm, it's the truth. Here, again, take a look:

The plethora of videos of unarmed and/or innocent Black males beaten, shot, and killed by police officers throughout the United States is typically addressed by sarcasm and ridicule by several of these White males, who likewise, frequently champion the use of excessive, militarized force against citizens versus the unquestioned purity of "Dudley Do-Right" law enforcement. The "idea" of being humane, and the idea that someone is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty doesn't matter. Given the well-documented practice of police killing unarmed and innocent people of color throughout U.S. history, and the subsequent rioting by minorities as a result, why do KFAB's White male "broadcast personalities" use the bully pulpit of their open microphones to address the aforementioned with sarcasm and ridicule? It never occurs to KFAB's lily-White male "broadcast personalities" to ask, "why" people riot, "why" people destroy property, and "why" people are sick and tired of being sick and tired of being sick and tired of the same ole thing over and over and over again?

FACT 1: The overwhelming majority of businesses in "urban" areas are not owned by minorities; they are owned by White people. FACT 2: Separate and Not Equal Works for the Majority of White People. The average White person in metropolitan American lives in a neighborhood that is 75% white. Despite a substantial shift of minorities from cities to suburbs, minorities have often not gained access to largely white neighborhoods. For example a typical Black person lives in a neighborhood that is only 35% white (not much different from 1940) and as much as 45% black. Diversity is experienced very differently in the daily lives of Whites, Blacks, Hispanics, and Asians. In 367 metropolitan areas across the U.S., the typical White person lives in a neighborhood that is 75% White, 8% Black, 11% Hispanic, and 5% Asian. This represents a notable change since 1980, when the average Whites’ neighborhood was 88% white, but it is very different from the makeup of the metropolis as a whole. The experience of minorities is very different. For example, the typical Black lives in a neighborhood that is 45% Black, 35% White, 15% Hispanic, and 4% Asian. The typical Hispanic lives in a neighborhood that is 46% Hispanic, 35% White, 11% Black and 7% Asian. The typical Asian lives in a neighborhood that is 22% Asian, 49% White, 9% Black, and 19% Hispanic. FACT 3: The overwhelming majority of White people have absolutely no desire to live "around" people of color, especially Black people. QUESTION: Why should "people of color" who have absolutely no "ownership" of the businesses that exploit them - in their own neighborhoods - be evenly remotely concerned about the property of (White) people who historically, literally, and actively: (a) refuse to live with them; (b) create laws to restrict where they can live and if they can work; (c) create laws to restrict their ability to vote. THE GOOD NEWS: Rather than empower Black people with socio-economic power to independently build and sustain their own political and economic sovereignty (Tulsa, Oklahoma and Rosewood, Florida); rather than live with Black people; rather than encourage and make it more accessible for Black people to vote; and most importantly, rather than allow Black people to leave their "burned out and blighted" neighborhoods to shop in White neighborhoods (because we don't want those people around us), White people, as usual, will rebuild "limited retail" in Black neighborhoods and continue to own all the real estate, businesses, etc. It's business as usual. Nothing changes.
		Tulsa, Oklahoma Rosewood, Florida "They are lucky that what Black people are looking for is equality and not revenge." Kimberly Jones   . . . White folks . . . within thirty years you will be a numerical minority in the United States of America; and you had better pray to whomever you pray to or for, that people of color are not going to get even with us and treat us the way we have treated them. Notably, these White male "broadcast personalities" never address "why" millions and millions of minorities don't trust the police, and "why" millions and millions of minorities don't trust any aspect of law enforcement, which is all ultimately owned, controlled, legislated, and ruled by White men. How can YOU be expected to respect authority when authority doesn't respect YOU?

Of course, not all White men are racist, but . . .

The Lakotah Sioux voiced strong opposition to defiling their sacred land with images of four White men who championed their genocide and perpetual oppression. The mountain into which Mount Rushmore was carved is known to the Lakotah Sioux as Six Grandfathers. Nevertheless, the United States broke up the territory after gold was discovered in the Black Hills and subsequently built Mount Rushmore . . . and left the Lakotah to live like this . . . . . . and from generation to generation the incarceration and oppression continues to this very day! In 1918, when Elton Mitchell of Earle, Arkansas, refused to work on a White-owned farm without pay, "prominent" White citizens of the city cut him into pieces with butcher knives and hung his remains from a tree. In 1940, Jesse Thornton was lynched in Luverne, Alabama, for referring to a White police officer by his name without the title of "mister." Research confirms many victims of terror lynchings were murdered without being accused of any crime; they were killed for minor social transgressions or for demanding basic rights and fair treatment. Racial terror lynching was and is a tool to enforce Jim Crow laws and racial segregation - a tactic for maintaining racial control by victimizing the entire Black community, not merely punishment of an alleged perpetrator for a crime. On July 6, 2016 Philando Castile, 32, was shot at point-blank range during a traffic stop Wednesday night as he followed an officer’s command to take out his driver’s license.         Octavious Johnson, an unarmed Black man, was beaten by Omaha Police in 2013. City of Omaha paid Johnson $30,000 in damages and an additional $60,000 for attorney fees, expenses and costs. Omaha police denied, Robert Wagner, an unarmed Black man, entry into a hospital to check on is cousin who was murdered. As Wagner walked away and vocally expressed his disapproval he was tasered and beaten by police. City of Omaha paid Wagner $32,000 in damages and an additional $68,000 for attorney fees, expenses and costs. (05-29-11)         As captured in the videos above, and as pictured below, throughout U.S. history it has always been "open season" to beat and kill Black men. As a resident of Omaha, Nebraska, Black people are expected to ignore that 120 or more White people were indicted for involvement in the beating, stabbing, shooting, hanging, burning and murder of Will Brown on September 28, 1919, really? Black people are expected to ignore that not one White person was successfully prosecuted, and all White people were eventually released after serving no term of imprisonment. where your predecessors failed to provide justice to Will Brown. Again, how can YOU be expected to respect authority when authority doesn't respect YOU?

Of course, not all White men are sexist, but . . .

How is the perpetual exclusion of women as primary "broadcast personalities" at KFAB any different than the perpetual exclusion of women in the decision-making process to determine what women can do with their own bodies?

Are the White males who own, control, manage, and broadcast at KFAB uneducated, racist and sexist dogs? Who knows.

Here's what we do know:

1. Although the racial, sexual, political, educational, vocational, and social (LGBTQIBPP+QAAPX, #METOO, Black Lives Matter, etc.) demographics of the United States and metro Omaha continue to evolve, KFAB's broadcast staff and its broadcast content have not.

Like it or not, the racial demographics of the United States of America is changing, with the birth rate and populations of minorities increasing as is the blending of all racial and ethnic groups. Conversely, the White fertility rate continues to decrease as White people become richer, more affluent. FACT: The higher the degree of education and GDP per capita of a human population, subpopulation or social stratum, the fewer children are born in any industrialized country.
Statistically, a replacement rate of 2.100 is necessary to "replenish" a racial/ethnic group. The fertility rate for the entire U.S. is only 1.765.5 - and the fertility rate for White people is only 1.640, which is the next to the lowest fertility rate.

2. Given KFAB's commitment to maintain the status quo of its primary "broadcast personalities" to be "estrogen free" and "minority free," there's clearly a blatant refusal to adhere to FCC requirements to broadcast in the public trust.

(FCC Public Broadcasting Manual, Page 6) The Communications Act. The FCC was created by Congress in the Communications Act for the purpose of “regulating interstate and foreign commerce in communication by wire and radio so as to make available, so far as possible, to all the people of the United States, without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, or sex, a rapid, efficient, Nation-wide, and world-wide wire and radio communications service . . . .” (In this context, the word "radio" covers both broadcast radio and television.)

(FCC Public Broadcasting Manual, Page 22) Employment Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO). The FCC requires all licensees of radio and TV stations afford equal opportunity in employment. We also prohibit employment discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, or sex. However, religious stations are permitted to require that some or all of their employees meet a religious qualification.

The FCC's EEO recruitment rules have three prongs. They require all stations that employ five or more full-time employees (defined as those regularly working 30 hours a week or more) to:

Widely distribute information concerning each full-time job vacancy, except for vacancies that need to be filled under demanding or other special circumstances;
Send notices of openings to organizations in the community that are involved in employment if the organization requests such notices; and
Engage in general outreach activities every two years, such as job fairs, internships, and other community events.

KFAB wants YOU to believe, that unlike Omaha's broadcast television stations, even after using job fairs, internships, and other community events, year after year, they are unable to identify, recruit, develop, and hire qualified minorities and women as primary or featured "broadcast personalities."

To be fair, KFAB's commitment to maintain the perpetual status quo of its primary "broadcast personalities" to be "estrogen free" and "minority free" is absolutely no different that the lily-White-maleness of late night talk shows at CBS-TV, NBC-TV, ABC-TV, and HBO. Here, take a look:

Since the launch of the "late night" talk and variety show format with NBC's "The Tonight Show" in 1954, that's sixty-seven-(67) years ago, there has NEVER been a woman or minority cast as the "primary" or permanently scheduled host on any major mainstream broadcast television network (NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, or HBO). Conversely, women (Oprah, Ellen DeGeneres, Whoopi Goldberg, Wendy Williams, Kelly Clarkson, Kelly Ripa, etc.), are confined to daytime television, because, obviously, women not smart enough, funny enough, creative enough for late night television, so that's where they belong where they can be seen but not necessarily heard. Get it? Even a British guy, John Oliver, gets a late night show!!! It must be great to be White and male! Again, WOW!

3. Agriculture is the number one industry in Nebraska, but not even the critical views, comments, sarcasm and ridicule of White male farmers are provided access to KFAB's bully pulpit. PSST! There are some smart, funny White male farmers with a lot of business savvy in Dawson County, Saline County, Otoe County, etc., who if given an opportunity, would shine as a "broadcast personality" at KFAB.

 

Who is a victim?

You do realize, don't you, that Native Americans did not incarcerate themselves on reservations; White men who wield political, military, and economic power, and their equally prominent successors did that - and they are still doing that. You do realize that, don't you?

You do realize, don't you, that between 1776 to 2020 no women have ever been elected President of the United States of America, and White men who wield political, military, and economic power, and their equally prominent successors did that - and they are still doing that. Conversely, the USA's great oppressor, Great Britain has elected two women as Prime Minister. Why is the United States of America unable or unwilling to actually practice the so-called egalitarian principles of a democratic republic?

Equally disturbing, as reported by Grant Thornton, why is there a greater percentage of women in corporate and governmental boardrooms in Russia (42%), China (31%), Canada (28%), Australia (23%), Brazil (29%), Mexico (31%), and throughout other countries in Europe and Asia than in the United States (20%)? Why is that?

The following women are all well known, smart, conservative, frequently cast as political analysts and commentators on news programs, bloggers, syndicated columnists, and authors. Unfortunately, these "conservatives" are banned from being "broadcast personalities" at KFAB due to its commitment to maintain the status quo of its "estrogen free" broadcast environment. You do realize, don't you, that Black people did not plan, mandate, define, or control their oppression and segregation throughout all aspects of public and private sector life in the United States; that Black people did not determine if, when, and where they could vote; that Black people did not segregate themselves from K-12 and higher education; that Black people did not orchestrate the destruction of the Black family; that Black people did not discriminate against themselves and ban themselves from employment and economic opportunities, and the corresponding perpetual incarceration of Black people; that Black people were brainwashed by White people to be submissive and subservient and remain so; that White men who wield political, military, and economic power, and their equally prominent successors did that - and they are still doing that. You do realize that, don't you?

You do realize, don't you, that the "exploitation" and/or "deportation" of Latinos has always flip-flopped based on the perceived "need" for cheap labor to support U.S. agricultural businesses - and it continues; that during the Great Depression (1929 and 1939) the U.S. unilaterally deported over 1,000,000 Mexicans, including U.S. citizens; and that between 1954 and 1962 "Operation Wetback” (and the negative term "Wetbacks") was conceived and initiated by the United States to deport Latinos, and Mexico hoped to utilize laborers returned from the United States to boost its efforts to industrialize, grow its economy, and eliminate labor shortages. You do realize that, don't you?

Not all White men are racist and/or sexist, and its blatantly "racist" and/or "sexist" to categorize all White men as "racist" and/or "sexist," BUT . . . all the rules (laws) and all exceptions to the rules have always been made by politically powerful, wealthy, elitist White men and their authorized agents, lackeys, and minions, and they continue to do so!  It's their country, and at their discretion, it's their demonstrated practice to unilaterally "pick and choose" if and when they'll adhere to whatever rules, laws, and contracts they establish.

Systemic racism and system sexism was born in the United States when, in 1776, the only individuals who held the "privilege" to sign the U.S. Declaration of Independence were White men [not male or female Native Americans, not male or female slaves, not White women (although a White woman printed the document), not male or female Asians, not male or female Latinos], but only White men were established as "equal" in the U.S. Declaration of Independence. Nevertheless, they wrote: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all MEN are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." Unfortunately, as detailed by polifact.com, the blatant hypocrisy of the Declaration of Independence is evident with thirty-four-(34) of the forty-seven-(47) men depicted in the famous "Declaration of Independence" painting were slaveholders. Given the aforementioned creation of systemic racism and system sexism in the United States, what if anything has changed?

That's right, elitist White men and their authorized agents, lackeys, and minions, who represent a constantly shrinking population of 30% or less, have always dictated every law, every rule, every policy. This "systemic privilege" is not evidence of a democratic republic, but validates the perpetual existence of crony capitalism.

Should we specifically include as victims the autocracy of business-as-usual, perpetually-in-power elitist White men and their authorized agents, lackeys, and minions who exclusively wield "political and media affluence, and the autocracy of White men who ultimately control all aspects of law enforcement and military power, and the autocracy of White men of enormous financial wealth?

White pride is a good thing, because there's absolutely nothing wrong with being proud of your race, your ethnicity, your sex, your identity!  Having confidence in one's own worth and abilities is a cornerstone for developing positive self-esteem and self-reliance. This paradigm, which is a good thing, is constructively taught by parents to their children throughout the world, among all cultures, ethnic groups, and tribes to inspire confidence, but not conceit.   So, it’s ridiculous to hate White people for being prideful; and keep in mind, not all White people are racist, or evil. There are literally millions and million and millions of great, smart, kind, generous, and simply wonderful White people all across the planet. However, when being prideful leads to a false sense of worth and importance, for any race, that's wrong.  If elitist White men and their authorized agents, lackeys, and minions truly believed in democracy and egalitarian principles, two-hundred-and-forty-five-(245) years ago, the Declaration of Independence would have been written like this:
 

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all people are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

 

The Greater Value of Diversity?

Week after week, month after month, and during the entire duration of Donald Trump's presidency, no "conservative" women and no "conservative" minorities were hired or contracted as a dedicated, regularly scheduled daily or weekly host or co-host of a KFAB (iHeartMedia) program to encourage other women and minorities to champion conservative-minded ideas, principles, and candidates. In order to have "conservative ideas and principles" and a program on KFAB, must you be White and have a penis? And you wonder why Trump lost?

Back in August 2020, I submitted a proposal to KFAB to enable more women and minorities to convey "conservative" values and principles on KFAB. MY PITCH: An eight-(8) week temporary segment leading directly into the presidential election to support Chris Baker’s on-the-air convalescence, lasting no more than thirty-(30) minutes (including 10-minutes of commercial spots) aired during Chris Baker’s program entitled, “Reynolds Rap: Conservative Thoughts from the Silent Majority,” which would feature “live” and/or pre-recorded editorials, each lasting no more than two-(2) minutes, from a decidedly diverse group of “conservative” women and "conservative" minorities who represent Nebraska’s EEO-1s and EEO-4s. Equally important, instead of only targeting KFAB's primary broadcast audience of White males, this segmented program would exploit and "monetize" (via new revenue streams from minority and women vendors) a significantly greater and a far more diverse demographic of "conservative" women and "conservative" minorities.

RESPONSE FROM KFAB: No, thank you.

Ironically, instead of embracing its alleged commitment to diversity by including "conservative" minorities as regularly scheduled on-the-air talent with "conservative" White men, iHeartMedia created a "separate but equal" (you stay in your lane, we'll stay in ours) Black Information Network (BIN), as the first and only 24/7 national and local all news audio service dedicated to providing an objective, accurate and trusted source of continual news coverage with a Black voice and perspective. The more things change, the more they stay exactly the same.

 

White Guilt?

Given the refusal of KFAB to evolve its broadcast staff and its broadcast content to accurately reflect the character and scope of its broadcast audience, should we "question" if these White men have low self-esteem, or perhaps, they inappropriately feel guilty for the atrocities intentionally performed by their ancestors, those blatantly racist and sexist "founding fathers" of the United States of America?

WHITE GUILT - The overwhelming majority of White people alive "today" had absolutely nothing to do with the atrocities committed against Black people, Native Americans, and other people of color, and they should not, they must not feel guilty. Going on a “White guilt” trip for the atrocities committed by their ancestors is ridiculous, unjust, or worse, a skewed sense of narcissism. Instead, moving forward, White people, as should all people, should direct their energies to create a truly egalitarian republic.

As represented by the graphic at right, over the past thirty-(30+) years, I've conducted hundreds of seminars on AA/EEO, typically before an all-White group of employees. The current "vernacular" for this human resource or human capital offering is "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion" or DEI. To get things rolling, I routinely make the following statement: "I wish people would stop picking on White men. After all, someone has got to be in control, right?" There's a sudden stillness in the room, people look at each other, apparently shocked hearing a Black man make such a statement. After the look of puzzlement begins to fade on everyone's face, I make the following follow-up statement: Many of you have children; girls. Some of you are married to people of another race. Hum, but here's the deal, just like every parent, you want the best for your child, the best for your children. You raise your children to study hard, and learn, to develop their talents and skills, and to realize their potential. You tell your children nothing comes easy, but if they work hard and become qualified, by golly, they can achieve anything! Likewise, you support your "spouse of another race" in her or his career pursuits. However, at some point you tell you daughter or wife - the facts - that because she has a vagina she can only make 80¢ for every dollar a man makes - period. You tell your smart, talented, creative, beautiful daughter that an invisible "glass ceiling" perpetually prevents her from ever becoming a CEO of a major company - unless she's . . . you know, another "token" placement for window dressing, or perhaps, she's coerced to be a sexual object. And yes, you tell your "spouse of another race" - the facts - that she or he can only possess $6.00 of assets for every $100.00 owned by Whites, and that half of Black Americans born poor stay poor, and that most Black middle class people are downwardly mobile. Clearly, you want the best for your children, the best for your "spouse of another race," so you tell them - the facts, because . . . all lives matter! My sarcasm permeates the room, and no one is laughing. Pointing fingers is pointless, because it doesn't accomplish anything. For example, it's just as easy to point fingers at Black people, because when White people make Black people as rich as Oprah Winfrey, or Michael Jordan, or Berry Gordy, or Robert Johnson and so many others, and these rich Black people fail to align themselves to create dynamic business enterprises to uniquely advance the socio-economic status of other Black people, then yes, these Black people are not just Uncle Tom's, egotistical, stingy, and narcissistic, they are also stupid . . . and weak . . . cowards . . . and not deserving of any respect or idolatry. Likewise, for anyone to "play the victim card" is also pointless, which is why my DEI seminars are about solutions,

QUESTION: Do we really live in a time where "everyone," including elitist White men and their authorized agents, lackeys, and minions are victims?

ANSWER: Nope.

If elitist White men and their authorized agents, lackeys, and minions were not so . . . stingy . . . and actually practiced the so-called egalitarian principles they preach, they could stop whining like little bitches, and everyone could enjoy life, liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
